Welcome to Chai To Latte, where every sip tells a story—of resilience, passion, and purpose.

Our journey began far from the aroma of fresh brews and cozy cafes. In 2010, our founder Rahul Khillare arrived in Dubai with nothing but big dreams and a willingness to work hard. From his early days as a cleaner to working as a chef in a pizza kitchen, Rahul embraced every opportunity to learn, grow, and move forward.

Inspired by motivational voices and driven by a vision to create something meaningful, Rahul rose through the ranks to become an F&B Head by 2022. But deep down, he always dreamt of a space that blended the comfort of Indian chai with the elegance of Italian coffee culture—a café that nourished not just the body, but the soul.

In 2024, that dream became a reality. Chai To Latte opened its doors in Remal Mall, Majan, right in the heart of a vibrant community near Dunecrest American School. Surrounded by hardworking cabin crew and health-conscious families, we crafted our menu with care—offering healthy smoothies, sugar-free treats, vegan bites, and hearty sandwiches, all made fresh and full of flavor.

Our café is more than a place to eat and drink. It’s a reflection of a journey—Rahul’s, and now yours. Whether you're grabbing a coffee before your flight or unwinding with friends in our serene outdoor seating, we’re here to serve you something real, something memorable.
